Sneaker Return Policy

Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our sneakers for 1 years under normal. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we can will replace the same style of the shoes if the shoes broken, but customer need to pay the shipping money.
After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective sneakers part or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by the order number.
Unless otherwise specified the warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase.
If custom didn't choose the sneaker size and add a order request, the sneakers size will be the default size of that style sneaker(Always the smallest size of that style sneaker). So may be the size don't fit for you. But we can only ship the shoes to our customers following our customer order information. Cusomer need to contact us for exchange the shoes size before we shipping. If don't notice to us, and the shoes don't fit for you, you need to pay all of the shipping money if you want to exchange when you received the shoes, and make sure the shoes are unused.
Customers receive our products badly, not consistent with the description, be used, be damaged on the shipping way, wrong size or style, all of this, we promise unconditional refund or replacement;
No quality, goods style correct, size correct, we'll not agree with a return;
Refund steps:
1. Send a email to vanshops@hotmail.com first, and tell your shoes questions, your order number;
2. Reply you in 12 hours and give you some advise of the shoes questions;
3. If you don't agree all of the advise, please tell us the request that you want;
4. If you want a replace, we'll send the address info to you and base the questions decide who pay the shipping money;
5. When we received the return shoes, we'll check the shoes first and make sure of that the questions the same as you told to us, if not, we'll not replace or return the money to you;
6. If the return shoes be damanged factitiously, there will be no refund;
7. If the questions need customer pay the shipping money, we must waiting for the money that transfer to our paypal account, then we can shipping the replace of the shoes for you;
8. If the problem is our mistake, we'll shipping the replace of the shoes for you in 24 hours, and customer needn't pay any money.
